Hi all! I’m Colleen, a 25 year old small town girl with an obsession for adventure. I live in Cambridge with a couple of friends and work at a marketing company just outside the city. I have always had the mindset that I need to work hard so I can play harder. Like adventure, I also have an obsession for hip hop and seeing all types of live shows. Yes, you could say I’m a frequent House of Blues girl. I love working out whether its weight training, surfing, or hot yoga, and I recently ran my first marathon in Las Vegas. Running a marathon was absolutely one of the most impactful experiences of my life and Vegas itself was a complete blast. I was also lucky enough to make it out to Lollapoolza this year with Meg S., a 3 day music event that we frequently reminisce about because it’s that great. All of these amazing experiences (and more, like my 1st trip to NJ - another odd obsession I have. I just truly love NJ) have gotten me through the incredibly difficult times of losing my two brothers within the past year. I know they would be proud of how I live my life, always looking for a good time and packing in as many new experiences as possible. This has been by far the best and worst year of my life, but what I have learned is that you need to keep living. And that’s just what I plan to do, by experiencing my very first international adventure in Peru with 4 incredible women.
