When you travel working out doubles as an amazing way to explore your new surroundings! On our second morning we woke up in beautiful Huacachina, Peru. Colleen and I were anxious to hit the sand dunes and after a 30 minute run through the desert our workout got creative. Here are some moves that will make you sweat, no gym necessary :)!
Dips: 15 Reps
Side Plank or Plank: Hold for 1 minute in between all sets
Incline push-ups: 10 Reps
Decline push-ups with leg raise: 10 Reps on each leg
Bridges: 30 Reps
Wall sits with toe-raise: Hold for 1 minute
Lunges
Abs-heals to the sky: 25 Reps
Repeat 2-3 times & enjoy :)
